Four-Rope Grab
Four cable grab is mainly matched with bridge or gantry cranes with two groups of lifting drums to grab various loose accumulation for operations of load, unload, stores transfer and the like.

Application scenario
According to material conditions and clients’ requirements, serial product types as toothed, parallel crossbeam opened and underwater operations can be designed.
Work principle
All cranes are equipped with two groups of electrical machinery drums (namely electric block), and two steel cables are led out of each drum, of which, two cables form a group rooted upon two ends of grab balancing stand as support, and the other group of steel cables pass along chain wheels of upper separator and lower separator to form a chain wheel group for grab opening and closure.
During operation, the support steel cable lifts the grab to a proper position, then release the opening and closure steel cable, here, the dead load near lower separator forces the grab taking the shaft of lower separator as center to open the grab, and the grab opens fill the two otic placodes touch each, namely the grab has been open to the max limit. When opening the grab, the centre distance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheel will increase, then the support steel cable fall down, make the opened grab to fall upon the loose accumulation, then, take the opening and closure steer cables, and recover the centre distance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheel, thus the material grabbing course is completed.
After the closed grab is filled with material, lift the opening and closure steel cables, and the whole grab will be lifted, move the grab by traveling crane to the place where materials are unload, open the grab to put down materials.
